What is Goji?
Goji berries grow in small drooping clusters on perennial bushes in hot, humid climates. Although Goji will grow in various places, the plants definitely prefer well drained, but damp, sandy soil and lots of bright sunlight.

To keep from bruising, Goji berries are harvested by hand when they are completely ripe. When Goji berries, like other foods, are harvested when they are completed ripe, they contain the the highest amount of nutrients, especially phyonutrients. Where Did Goji Come From?
