1981–Ray Faltinsky’s mother Martha recovers normal health again after being critically ill for quite a time. How? Ray’s older brother mixed her nutritional foods and drinks to help her body heal itself. This single event gave Ray, still a young teen, a passion to research and manufacture nutritional supplements.

1989–While attending Yale Law School, Ray traveled the US researching and studying Direct Selling Companies writing a thesis on the subject.
